Botox & Dysport
Botox and Dysport are both neuromodulators. Neuromodulators work by blocking nerve signals to muscles, thereby reducing the movement of the muscle. Injecting certain facial muscles with neuromodulators like Botox/Dysport, prevents them from contracting. Repetitive facial expressions from the contraction of facial muscles can cause fine lines and wrinkles. Injecting Botox/Dysport into certain facial muscles can soften lines and prevent wrinkle formation. Common areas treated are the forehead, crow’s feet and frown lines between the eyebrows. Smoking, sun damage and genetics further contribute to these early signs of aging and over time, these lines become deep creases and wrinkles that can make you appear unhappy and years older. The procedure takes about 15 - 30 min. Results typically last 3-4 months.
Botox and Dysport have numerous off-label uses some including treatment for neck bands (platysmal bands), chin dimples, hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating), and jawline slimming.

Lip Flip

Involves the precise placement of Botox/Dysport along the upper lip boarder to relax and "flip" the lip to make more of the upper lip more visible. This creates a fuller, plumper, but natural-appearing upper lip.
Neck Bands (Platysmal Bands)
$450+
The skin of the neck is thin and this can cause wrinkling and the muscles underneath to become more prominent. Botox/Dysport injected into the neck muscles cause them to relax. This can help restore a more youthful looking neck and neck lift. Regular treatment can prevent the worsening of neck bands and may even improve it over time.
Gummy Smile
$100 (if treated alone)
A gummy smile is when you smile and too much gum tissue shows above the top teeth. Botox/Dysport is injected in the area between the nose and upper lip to reduce the appearance of a gummy smile, creating a more appealing smile.
