Appointment Policy

All patients are required to place a credit card on file to schedule an appointment with True Essence Aesthetics. Your credit card information is stored securely in our payment platform, which follows all required appropriate security compliance standards.

Here at True Essence Aesthetics, we love babies and children, however, we ask that you please make child care arrangements prior to your appointment.  This ensures the safety of your children as well as a relaxing environment for all patients.

By scheduling an appointment with us, you are agreeing to our appointment, late, cancellation/no-show, and refund policy.

Cancellation/No-Show Policy

We require a 48-hour notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. If cancellation or rescheduling is done in less than 48 hours, we will charge the card on file a $75 cancellation fee (or $75 deposit will be held and applied to cancellation fee.) This also applies if you are 15 minutes late for your appointment. NO exceptions. Social media and emails are not accepted as a form of communication. Please make changes using your Patient Portal or by CALLING/TEXTING the office at (909) 270-6009.

Late Policy

Arriving late will deprive you of valuable treatment time. We understand that life gets crazy and things come up, however, your treatment may be shortened and/or cancelled & rescheduled if there is not enough time to complete the scheduled treatment.

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you will need to be rescheduled and you will be charged a $75 cancellation fee (or $75 deposit will be held and applied to cancellation fee), as your appointment will be canceled due to the treatment being considered infeasible.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on any services/treatments rendered.  Aesthetic results are quite variable from person to person and while we do our best to achieve the desired outcome, it cannot be guaranteed.  Patients are responsible for additional treatments needed to achieve desired results. To ensure our patients always receive the greatest experience, unused service values (cash equivalent for the remaining amount of a treatment package) can be applied to any other service at True Essence Aesthetics.

If you are contraindicated for the scheduled treatment or your provider chooses not to pursue treatment, refunds are available.

No refund on Gift Certificates purchases

Products/Retail

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 10 days of purchase with the receipt. In the event of an unexpected adverse reaction from a product, credit is available only upon consultation with your provider. Product must be returned to True Essence Aesthetics with proof of purchase within 30 days of the purchase.
